Upon dispatch you will be contacted with a tracking number and details of how your parcel will be arriving.
As our Smart Nappies are custom made we strive for a 10 day turnaround, from receiving your order to posting your own uniquely coloured nappies.
Orders for stocked items will be posted as soon as payment is received.
Goods will be posted in cardboard boxes whenever possible, as we already live in a world with too much plastic.
All of our nappies have a one year manufacturing warranty. And because we live in such a throw away society and we would like to do our part to change that, so we also offer a repair service should your nappies ever need a repair after the warranty date has passed.
